This tour will take you into the Sierra Nevadas where you’ll be surrounded by Giant Sequoia trees, through Yosemite National Park, over to the massive ocean cliffs along the Pacific, up to Wine Country, along the crystal-clear shores of Lake Tahoe and finally back through the wild emptiness of the Nevada desert. From mountains to beaches, deserts to lush valleys, and forests to cities, this tour offers it all!

Itinerary
Day 1
Day 1
Out of the Desert, Into the Mountains - Depart Las Vegas to the south, exploring the ghost towns of Nelson and Goffs, along with a short stretch of Route 66. From the desert, begin working your way up into the mountains, finishing the day just outside of the Sequoia National Forest.
Day 2
Day 2
Travel through the Trees - Spend today hiking and exploring the incredible Sequoia trees, lakes and waterfalls as you work your way through Sequoia National Forest and into the National Park. Spend the night soaking in the sounds, sights and smells of nature at the John Muir Lodge in Sequoia National Park.
Day 3
Day 3
Sequoia National Park to Yosemite - Continue cooling off in the mountains as you slowly twist your way from Sequoia National park to Yosemite National Park. Enjoy stunning scenes as you enter into Yosemite, and spend the night in the Yosemite National Park lodge.
Day 4
Day 4
From the Mountains to the Ocean - After days of wandering through the mountains and forests of the Sierra Nevadas, it's time to head down to the Pacific Coast. Mountains give way to rolling hills as you pass through the central valley, finally ending at sandy beaches as you approach the pacific coast. In the evening, let the sound of crashing waves lull you to sleep.

San Francisco - Start the morning with a short drive up the coast as you make your way into San Francisco for the day. Spend the day seeing all the sights of this historic city, and finish the day by taking the Golden Gate bridge to Sausalito for the evening.
Day 6

Wine Country - Another short drive today brings you to the northern California wine country. Sample local flavors with a wine tour through Sonoma, and spend the afternoon relaxing and perusing through the quaint downtown.
Day 7

From the Valley back into the Mountains - From Wine Country, head back up into the mountains to spend a day along the crystal-clear shores of Lake Tahoe. Unwind in the trees or floating on the water as you relish in the incredible scenery of the region.
Day 8
Day 8
Eastern Sierras - Take the day to cruise along one of the most stunning highways in America, US-395 as you begin to make your way back towards Las Vegas. Wandering through the eastern foothills of the Sierra Nevadas, soak in beautiful mountain scenery as you head south out of the Tahoe region. Spend the night in Bishop, a quaint mountain town as you enjoy your final night out "on the road"!

Through the Desert, Back to Las Vegas - From Bishop, you'll head east out of the mountains and back into the Mojave Desert. Complete your adventure experience cruising back along lonely desert roads. As you re-enter the Las Vegas area, the strip will slowly begin to peek past the mountains on the horizon. Enjoy a night on the town as you relive the adventure memories you just created!
