Changing the date of a reserved ride between Hartford and Bradley Airport, or letting it go
The office in Hartford, CT can move or withdraw your request for a ride to or from Bradley International Airport. This page explains how it handles a new date, a changed flight or a ride you no longer need for any of the 36 towns it serves, before and after the car company sends its written confirmation.

1. Changes while the request is open
A request turns into a reservation only with the car company's written confirmation. Until the car company sends its written confirmation, you can change any detail or withdraw the request entirely by writing to replies@americanclassicadventures.com or calling +1 (860) 293-7514. The office passes the change, or the withdrawal, to the car company in its next reply run. Nothing is charged for this by the office, which takes no money from riders at any point.
2. Holding the confirmation in hand
Once the car company has confirmed in writing, its own terms apply. Those terms are part of the confirmation and say what a change or a cancellation costs and how far ahead it must be made. Read them when the confirmation arrives, not on the morning of the ride.
The office still passes your messages on in its reply runs, and it can remind you where the terms sit in the confirmation, but the car company decides what can change and what it costs.
3. A flight that moves
If your flight's departure or landing time moves, tell the car company through the number on its confirmation as soon as you know. If the ride is more than a day away, also write to the office at replies@americanclassicadventures.com. A new time can change the pickup time the company sets, and its terms say whether the fare changes too.
4. A request the company turns down
Now and then the car company cannot take a ride on the date or at the hour asked. It says so in its reply, and the office tells you in its next run. Nothing has been reserved in that case and nothing is owed. You may send a request for another date, or call the office to talk it over.
5. Sending a change the quick way
Write to replies@americanclassicadventures.com with the date of the ride and the town of the pickup in the subject line, or call +1 (860) 293-7514 between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. Eastern. Within a day of the ride, or after 7:30 p.m. on the day itself, use the phone number printed on the car company's confirmation as well, because that line reaches the people handling the car.
6. Money back, by the company's rules
You pay the car company, not the office, so any refund or charge for a change follows the car company's written terms and comes from the car company. The office holds no payment of yours and cannot release or keep one. If something about a charge seems wrong, write to the office and it will raise it with the car company in its next run.
