Privacy, piece by piece, for a reserved Hartford to Bradley Airport ride
This notice covers what the office in Hartford, CT keeps when you ask it to reserve a ride between an address in one of 36 Connecticut towns and Bradley International Airport, why it keeps it, who sees it and how to ask about it. It is published by American Classic Adventures LLC ("the office"), 190 Trumbull St, Suite 203, Hartford, CT 06103, which decides how the details you send are used.

1. Every field the office receives
The office keeps what you put in the request form, what you send by email and what you say on the phone, and nothing it has not been given by you or by the host:
- street address and town, direction of the ride, dates and flight times, flight number
- number of riders, car size, number of bags, and counts of rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats
- your name, phone number, email, and a building door or gate code if you give one
- whether you agreed to calls and texts about the ride, with the time of that agreement
- the hosting server's standard access logs (device address, time, page), kept for security
2. Why the office processes it
Only to answer your request, pass it to the one car company that handles the ride, send the reply runs, and handle changes, cancellations and questions about that ride. The form asks nothing about anyone's health, and the site does not ask your device for its location.
3. Your rights and how to appeal
You can ask to see the personal data the office holds about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to get a copy in a portable form. Write to privacy-office@americanclassicadventures.com. The office answers within 45 days. If it declines a request, you can appeal by writing to the same address, and the appeal is answered within 60 days.
4. Selling data: none, ever
None. The office does not sell personal data, and it does not exchange it for anything of value. Passing your request to the car company that will drive the ride is part of the service you asked for, not a sale.
5. Third parties that receive data
Three kinds of outside services receive part of a request, each for a single purpose and only what that purpose needs, and none of them may use it for anything else:
- the one car company that quotes, confirms and drives your ride
- the email and form delivery service that carries your request to the office
- the hosting company that serves these pages and keeps its access logs
6. No advertising profiles at all
The office does not use your personal data for targeted advertising and does not share it with anyone for that purpose. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. If that ever changes, this notice will say so first, with the date of the change.
7. Addresses for privacy requests
Write to privacy-office@americanclassicadventures.com with the word privacy in the subject line, or call +1 (860) 293-7514 during phone hours and ask for the privacy request to be logged. Say which ride or which email address the request is about, so the right records can be found.
8. Large language models
The office does not collect, use or sell personal data to train large language models, and it does not paste requests into public tools of that kind.
9. Kept a year and a half, then gone
Ride requests, replies and the messages around them are kept for 18 months after the date of the ride and then deleted. A record of your agreement to calls and texts is kept as long as needed to show it was given, and no longer than 4 years. Hosting access logs are kept by the host for its own short security period.
10. Calls, texts and this browser
Calls and texts come only about your own request, from the office and from the car company that takes the ride, and only if you ticked the optional box. Reply STOP to end texts.
While you browse, this browser keeps which town you chose for the current visit in session storage, which clears when the tab closes. It is not kept at all when the browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.
